SIAmS Report
Under the statutory process known as denominational or Section 48 Inspection all Church of England schools receive a SIAMS inspection roughly every five years. In all Church schools SIAMS will make a judgement about "How effective is the school's distinctive Christian vision , established and promoted by leadership at all levels, in enabling pupils and adults to flourish?"
This is explored through sevens strands
Vision & Leadership; Wisdom, knowledge and skills
Character development; Community and living well together
Dignity & respect; the impact of collective worship
The effectiveness of religious education
